Train smart. Keep injuries away

Focus on technique and quality of the movement instead of going for maximum reps is a key to healthy, injury and pain free body. We train to enjoy better and longer life. 
Training should enhance not cripple you. If you get injured when you train you do something wrong. You might get away with training to failure for some time; for a year, two, maybe five. And then one day you will do one bad rep to many... And your body will say, no, I don't want to take it anymore. 
Is it worth the price? I don't think so...
