7 reasons you might fail this new year's resolution, unless...

If you are reading this article you've probably tried many times to lose weight and put on muscles but nothing seemed to work.
You've started number of different diets and you've been following this one special magic program which offered you am amazing results with very little work. Again,  nothing has changed.

Let's do this properly this time. All you need to do is to comply with those 7 points below and 2015 will be your year!

This time you reach your goals and successed because:

1. You will set realistic goals. 

You are not going to get a six pack and arms like Brad Pitt in the first month but from the experience I can tell you can easily decrease a body fat percentage by 2-3% and add around 1-2kg of the lean body mass every 30 days.

2. You are committed and you will stick to your fitness regime for at least 3 months (6-9 would be ideal). 

It's take up to 90 days to create a sound habit so don't waste your time if you willing to do your program only for 1 month.

3. You are going to exercises 4-6 times a week. 

If you exercise one or two times per week,  you are not going to see any results. Guaranteed.

4. You are motivated and you have few buddies to keep your morale high. 

If you have decided to exercise at home, good,  it's better than doing nothing.
Be warned tho. Only few of us can pulled off; those with a great discipline and drive.
It is not going to be easy anyway,  you will like to quit many times and it's crucial that you are surrounded by right minded people who are on the same boat.

5. You will stay injury-free. 

That's a big one. Getting injured is one of the main reasons people are failing to achieve their fitness goals. Injury simply happens because they do too much, to fast and they do the wrong stuff. And there is no structure to their training.

6. On the scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is the best,  your technique is at least 8 or more. 

Only perfect practice makes perfect and if you perform exercises incorrectly you are compromise your healthy and performance.
You wouldn't like to learn how to ride a bicycle from the youtube so why you are thinking you can learn kettlebell snatches and gymnastics rings muscles up from the DVD?

7. You know what and when to eat to enhance your performance,  speed up your metabolism and increase muscle gain. 

There is no quick fixes here and if you are planning to eat only salad for whole year or you are going to replace your food with an artificial stuff like a magical shakes like herbalife,  body by v,  etc.  your are simply not going to make it.
It's vital to follow a right nutrition plan.
